Note Acquisition:	FPF’s primary business includes all facets of acquiring, managing, and disposing of distressed debt secured by real estate, business, and personal assets.
Lending:	Includes Mezzanine Debt, Hard Money, and Participating Loans for real estate and business investments.
Opportunistic Investment:	Direct acquisition opportunities of real estate / business investments ranging from $25MM - $50MM.

FPF’s acquisition prices range from $1MM - $25MM, focusing on assets below institutional
buyers’ size threshold.
